The young guns did the shop proud this past weekend in Houston, at the Volcom Wild in the Parks event. Some of the best skateboarders from the best shops in Texas,Oklahoma, and Lousiana showed up.Tommy held his own against some super good competition in the 15 and up, and ended up with a bag full of goodies and 1st place!!!! Drake tried his luck against some of the best in the 3 state area in the PRO-AM, unfortunatley one of the judges couldnt read his number on his arm and couldnt award him points in one of the zones...he finished in the top 15 against some great skateboarders!!!! Phillip Wagstaff and Mike Delgado also skated in the contest, did a good job but did not make the finals cut...footage and photos coming to the Volcom site soon...

Skateboard rack!

Just when I thought I seen it all, I stumbled upon this wicked invention....."Tired of lugging that skateboard around the mall,well padlock it to the safe and secure skateboard rack, and shop hands free".................awesome in the gayest way ever!!!

The Es Game of Skate returns once again to the San Antonio area, this time at the Goodtimes Ingram location on Aug. 9th...we will keep everyone informed over the summer...
